Hamstring and Calf Stretch: Downward Dog

How to Do Downward Dog Stretch:

  • Start on your hands and knees, with your palms directly under your shoulders and feet about hip-width apart.
  • Lift your hips to rise into the classic upside-down-V shape called Downward Dog.
  • Take five breaths here, trying to draw your heels closer and closer to the floor.

Hip and Lower Back Stretch: Wide Child's Pose

How to Do Wide Child's Pose Stretch:

  • Come onto your hands and knees, then sit back between your heels, exhaling as you lower your belly between your knees, coming into a Wide Child's Pose.
